Everyday Enamel Hoops

I ordered three of the cylinder charms; the magenta, green and yellow and one of the longer dangle charms. When they arrived the yellow was more green. I emailed customer service as none of the images showed it being green. They agreed to swap for another of the green cylinders and sent one out straight away. When it arrived the little hoop to attach to the earring was missing. I emailed customer service and they apologised and sent another one out which was perfect. Lovely item and good customer service.

Ordered these in the smallest size and they are the perfect everyday hoops. I’ve worn them just as the hoops and also with some of the beaded charms on them.

Had a lovely necklace for my daughter but on second time of wearing the clasp snapped, so disappointed but I believe you are sending her a new one. Thank you and happy Easter.
