If you're unhappy with your purchase, you have 28 days to return it back to us, just contact us at info@LittleNellJewellery.com to arrange this.
If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Sadly we're unable to refund any postage costs unless the item is faulty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
P L E A S E N O T E
For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund of exchange on earrings unless faulty. We try to make our product descriptions and images as clear and accurate as possible, so please be sure before purchasing. If you do have any questions about a specific item, you can get in touch via the contact form or social media.
R E F U N D
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
S A L E I T E M S
Only full priced items may be returned for a refund, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
E X C H A N G E S

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item you received is faulty.
