Can I order gift wrapping?
All our jewellery is sent in an organic gift pouch or box as standard so no gift wrapping is required.
If I send it directly to the recipient can I leave a message?
Of course! You can add a message in the 'notes' box at the checkout and it'll be printed alongside your order.
Can you send a gift receipt?
All our orders are sent with gift receipts as standard, so there's never any pricing information included should you wish to send a gift direct.
Do you accept bespoke commissions?
I'm afraid we're currently unable to work on bespoke commissions.
My order hasn't arrived yet, what can I do?
Orders are sent via Royal Mail and during peak seasons there may be slight delays. Before contacting us, the best thing to do is double check the address on your order, and then contact us with your order details so we can look into it.
What is your jewellery made of?
We use a mix of metals across our range but the full spec for each item should be available on the individual product page. If not, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Are earrings returnable?
No, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned earrings unless faulty.
There's an issue with my order, what can I do?
