There are few tasks I enjoy more than creating a weekend away capsule wardrobe. Wherever you're headed on your next getaway, follow these 3 simple rules for an effortless look, on the go!

It needs to be comfortable, because chances are you're doing 20k steps a day - I'm not travelling anywhere without a trainer and a Birkenstock.

It needs to adapt, a midi skirt is perfect for dressing up in the evening or down with trainers in the daytime, see also; a shirt that doubles as a beach cover up or evening shacket.

Accessories are your best friend. Get multiple looks from a simple t-shirt by layering necklaces, add pops of colour with a head scarf (doesn't need to go on your head - tied to a bag, as a belt, or a neck scarf also works)
